Wired george coil mod..old kz's

I own a 77 kz650 and have this coil mod to perform. see KZ650.info forum for details. I bought the parts from NAPA..(relay #AR143 & EC 23 connector). But I'm not sure I can do this. I'm not an electrician and have Dislexia so when I read things, it doesn't come out in the right order. If someone could help me set up the system, I can install it. I just need someone looking over my shoulder to make sure I don't cause a fire. Hard to find parts for this bike. It's still too cold for me to be out at sunset. Would appreciate any help... thanks

Nevermind... I got a diagram of this change that was much simplified. I made it happen in 1 hr. used plug in connector so if it ever fails, i can change it back on the road. Good deal. Must get warmer for me to come out at night. Too cold after dark..

On vintage bikes it powers the coils at full ~12v voltage. I've never heard it called the "Wired George" mod before, but I looked it and and see it's the old standard coil mod.

Helps the plugs fire correctly and not soot-up. Stabilizes tuning as well. (No fluctuation due to spark.)
