NEW STORE FRONT ITS ABOUT TIME!!!!

ok so i found and am now negotiating on my first store front , they have to fix the pluming and electrical and a/c first .

its down town around 500sqft hoping to get in by July 1st with a 30 day remodel doors open AUG 1st fingers crossed. i just finish the business paper work for the government

its a retail store selling.... hand forged and functional katanas along with ceremonial and decorative. all types of swords and knives along martial arts and collectibles with a dash of jewelry and stuff like that .

its a small store showcasing what i can get, i still do most of my business by trade show gun shows and catalog.

im still working that all out new to the increase in cost for a store front but im thinking 10 to 20% military police/fire and fellow riders. have to crunch some numbers depending on what u want i can work a pretty good deal some times up to 60% off msrp.

ok i need some electrical work done, so im looking for someone with real electrical/code exp. that might want to trade work for product and maybe some cash need to bring the store up to code.will trade a $2000.00 traditional Japanese style hand forged and folded katana or other of product o choice
